How the Commission Formula Works?
The calculator uses the following formulas to calculate commissions:
Base Commission:
Base Commission = Sales Price × (Base % ÷ 100) or a fixed dollar amount.
Fixed Commission:
Fixed Commission = Sales Price × (Fixed % ÷ 100) or a fixed dollar amount.
Tiered Commission:
For each tier: if rangeTo is blank → use Sales Price Commission for Tier = (Range Amount × % Rate) or Fixed Amount
Total Commission:
Total = Base Commission + Fixed Commission + Sum of Tier Commissions
